Establish a Mastermind Alliance

The Secret Law of Success # 2 is that where two or more of like mind come together with purpose the Universal Flow can support success even more effectively. Napoleon Hill created the idea of a Mastermind Alliance, where all members come together to help each other succeed.

Success happens in concert with others. When a group of people come together with purpose to hold the energy for the success of each person there, marvelous happenings occur. The Secret Law of Success, Establish a Mastermind Alliance, exponentially multiplies the visualizations done.

My daughter and I form an improvised Mastermind Alliance, the Secret Law of Success principle 2, every time we do what we call “17 seconds.” When we visualize the Secret Law of Success for someone else with purpose, we find it is much easier for us to do, because there are no blocks inside when we are praying, contemplating and visualizing success for another person. We do find that the power is amped when we do our “17 second prayer” together.

Carefully with purpose select a few people – even one more will do- to include in your Mastermind Alliance. This selection is an important part of The Secret Law of Success #2. You want someone who can also harmonize with the Law of Success.

Determine your purpose as a Mastermind Alliance. Make sure you own personal goal is aligned with that of the group’s definite purpose, a Secret Law of Success principle.

Acknowledge what skills and attributes each member brings to the master mind alliance. At your first meeting, introduce yourselves; identify your personal definite purpose; what strengths you have as a person, and what you bring to the group. This acknowledgement of each other’s strengths helps align the Mastermind Alliance, the Secret Law of Success #2.

Napoleon Hill states you should determine your rewards as a group on purpose. Get very clear what you are committing to. Each of you contribute to the whole, each of you will benefit. If someone is not willing to go the distance, (set a prescribed period of time), then it is not a match. When you know what you each expect from each other, you can maintain harmony in the Secret Law of Success; Mastermind Alliance on purpose.

Regular meetings with a specific time and place for the meetings will set up a structure for the flow of the Secret Law of Success to dwell in the midst of your Mastermind Alliance.

Should you not have a group of people to include in your Mastermind Alliance, then form such a Mastermind Alliance between your self and your Self. Still follow the above steps in setting up this Mastermind Alliance with your Self. Specific time, place, purpose, knowledge of strengths are just as important in the Secret Law of Success # 2.

Successful people often are very careful with whom they partner with purpose. A marriage, a business partner, a friendship can all be a form of a Law of Success Mastermind Alliance. The key to any of these Mastermind Alliances is the harmony between each other. The ability to inspire harmony will help develop an attractive personality which is the next step.
